PureClarity's auto messaging feature allows you to send message from our live chat to your customers automatically and can be set up to be sent to various audience segments.

To create an auto message, head to 'Chat' and then select 'Auto Messaging'.

When selected you will be given the option to 'Add Messaging', select this to begin editing your message.

You have multiple options to choose from when creating an auto message:

Who do you want to show the chat message to?

You can select your message to show to an audience segment, hitting the drop down arrow will show all your created segments,

Where do you want to the chat message to show?

You can select the 'Context' of where you want your message to appear -selecting the drop down list, will list the various options.

When do you want the chat message to show?

You can set a start and end date for when your message should appear.

Add notes and tags

Tags can be added for the message.

You can then create the message, by entering text within the 'Chat Message' box. You'll also get to see a preview of your message below. The chat message can be edited using the tools in the chat message box, allowing you to style it to your site.

To show the message on your site, select 'Publish Chat Message'.
