There are multiple ways in which you can enable our live chat feature. You can head to 'Chat' In the left side menu and then select 'Conversations', if you don't currently have live chat enabled, you will see an icon which will ask you to enable the feature.

Alternatively, to enable PureClarity's live chat head to 'Settings' in the left side menu and select 'Configuration' from the options that appear below 'Settings'.

Within the 'Configuration' menu scroll down to 'Chat Settings' and ensure that 'Use Chat' is turned on. This is indicated by the icon appearing green.

You can also ask PureClarity to send you an email every time a new chat is started and give the email address you would like it to be sent to.
